My name is John, the longtime owner of the company and the one they call "Boss." I have been standing at the front counter serving you, the customer, for over 38 years. I am happy to see you each day and sell you happiness cooked fresh every morning from our family's ancestral cookbooks, as well as new delicious recipes invented right in the shop. I'm happy to be back after my 18 month hiatus, and even with reduced hours, I'm still serving the best cookies every workday.
